How do I transform my new studio location into one that my clients will embrace and make them feel welcome, inspired and comfortable in?  Tyler, the owner of Ethos Fitness and Wellness was contemplating this exact issue when he moved his studio to a new location.  He had located a nice open flex space for his growing business, with a small office build out and a large open warehouse area that needed immediate attention for his grand opening.  He had installed all new fixtures, flooring and had created a new brand identity – but how to make his new branding embody the new space?

Tyler consulted with Vision Visual Custom Signs and Graphics Studio on options.  Two immediate issues were identified. 1) The warehouse space had tall ceiling areas over the office build out with mechanical systems visible and 2) His grand opening was scheduled in just a week.  The teams quickly identified a few priorities around transforming the space to evoke the emotions of his new Ethos branding.  Large ceiling mounted banners were created with the Ethos branding and draped over the office buildout to conceal the mechanicals and provide the appearance of a finished floor to ceiling studio space.  Secondly, the backlit cabinet sign above the entrance was updated with the new brand.  Lastly, new graphics treatments were designed and applied to the studio entrance door, rear doors and overhead dock door.  The final touch was a large Ethos brand banner placed in the center of the wall mounted workout equipment.

With only a week to complete the project the teams quickly produced concepts of the ceiling mounted banner system integrating the new branding that Tyler selected to describe the guiding beliefs, principles, and ideals that characterize his new studio and his community or clients.  The overhead space was completely transformed into a large graphic statement and evokes the new brand.  When you are in the studio it looks clean, fresh and inspiring – exactly what Tyler was looking for in his new location.  Over time additional elements will be added to further develop the brand experience he wants for his clients.
